Spain is located in the southwestern region of Europe, on the Iberian peninsula, and shares borders with Portugal, France and Andorra. The country meets the Bay of Biscay in the north, the Mediterranean Sea in the east and south, and the Atlantic Ocean in the south and west. The Strait of Gibraltar separates Spain from Africa by only 13kms. Five major mountain ranges cross the country, and the remaining landscape is diverse, ranging from lush plains to desert-like areas.

Seville is the capital city of the province of Andalusia, and is situated in the southwestern corner of the country. San Pablo Airport is served by flights travelling to and from a wide range of domestic and international destinations, and trains and buses provide frequent services to other parts of Spain and Europe.
