Jerusalem maps

The island of Ireland is the second-largest and farthest west of the British Isles, located approximately 80kms from the coast of Britain across the Irish Sea. The island is divided into Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, formerly Eire. Most of the island’s interior consists of farmlands and bogs, while the Atlantic seaboard is a rugged area of cliffs, hills and mountains.

Dublin, the Republic of Ireland’s capital city, has the country’s major international airport, with numerous connections to Europe and US. The city is also well connected to other Irish destinations by trains, which are relatively expensive, and buses, which are more affordable but slow.
